BUCÉPHALE FINANCE ADVISING ASTORG PARTNERS ON THE SALE OF GÉOSERVICES

Bucéphale Finance, the corporate finance consultancy, today announced that it advised Astorg Partners on the sale of Géoservices, an oil exploration and production services and consultancy company, to Schlumberger, the world’s leading supplier of technology and solutions to the upstream oil and gas industries.

Having acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Astorg Partners when it took control of Géoservices in 2005, Bucéphale Finance has once again provided its services to one of the most active funds in the LBO market, as demonstrated in 2009 by the Gras Savoye transaction and the acquisition of Suisse Metalor.
