Acquisition of a stake in Nexity by Caisse d’Epargne
In July 2007, Caisse d’Epargne acquired a 38.2% stake in Nexity through the contribution of its real estate activities including a 25% stake in CFF, a 100% stake in GCE Immobilier and a 47% stake in Eurosic for €1,336 million.
